Much like Siena Imports, there is a family behind Monte Schiavo where all individuals involved do their own part. They are very concerned with preserving their land, proven by certifications obtained by both EMAS, an EcoManagement organization involved with the improvement of environmental efficiency and the BRC (British Retail Consortium) for their commitment to quality in every facet of grape growing and winemaking. These Verdicchio’s are produced in the epicenter of the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC with an unmatched passion. And while producing top-notch Verdicchio’s is ‘what they do’ so to speak, they make an outstanding Lacrima di Morro d’Alba too!
