Birra Amarcord

Familgia Bagli
Birra Amarcord
Owned and operated by the Bagli family Birra Amarcord is an independent brewery that crafts artisanal beers with emphasis on Italian grown barley & hops. With respect to parallel worlds of art outside of beer Amarcord or “I remember” takes its name from a locally famous film from the 1970s. Directed by Federico Fillini, it is set in the coastal town of Rimini where the brewery was born in 1997. Amarcord has since moved to a new production facility where Romagna meets Le Marche on the slopes of Monte Nerone where they use the pristine high Apennine water as the foundation of their brews. Dedication to local farms for raw ingredients is unique to Italian breweries. In addition, a commitment to zero impact brewing through renewable energy, water conservation and recycled glass has distinguished these beers not only by flavor, but principle as well.
