Grapes:  90% Glera – 5% Bianchetta –  5% Perera

Farming:  Sustainable

Vineyard:  A blend of vineyard sites in Valdobbiadene.

Vine Age:  20-40 years

Altitude:  300 MASL

Soil:  Clay with sandstone.

Winemaking:  Charmat method.  RS = 10 g/l.  Pressure = 5 atmospheres.

Tasting Notes:  Apple, pear, white flower.

Pairings:  Aperitivo and great for cocktails.
