Grapes: 54% Chardonnay 24% Pinot Grigio 12% Sauvignon 10% Pinot Bianco
Farming: Sustainable
Vineyard: Vineyards in Appiano.
Vine Age: 25-40 years
Soil: Limestone, gravel, moraine (ancient glacial melt).
Winemaking: Grapes fermented individually in barrique, except sauvignon (stainless). 1 year aging individually before assemblage, then 3 years in stainless steel on lees.
Tasting Notes: Intense aromas yellow flowers, lime, tangerine & grapefruit. Complex and persistent with lingering mineral tones.
Pairings: Wild fowl, mature cheese, fried fish.
