Vine Age:  40 years

Soil:  Marl & tuff.

Winemaking:  Fermentation in stainless steel, 3 week maceration.  18 months in French oak.  6 months in bottle.

Production:  100 cases (9l)

Tasting Notes:  Iron & herbs. Ethereal, sapid, complex.

Pairings:  Roast pork with garlic and rosemary.
