Importer Notes:   A unique approach to Barbera made in the passito style providing a more concentrated fruit expression and softened acidity and tannin structure. 

Grapes:  100%  Barbera

Farming:  Sustainable

Winemaking:  Dried on straw mats for one month before press.  Fermented in stainless steel and aged one year in stainless.

Tasting Notes:  Ripe blue and black fruits.  Full bodied, velvety tannins.

Pairings:  BBQ grilled meats.
