Grapes:  100% Nebbiolo

Farming:  Organic

Vineyard:  Annunziata Cru, La Morra.

Vine Age:  30-40 years

Altitude:  250 MASL

Soil:  Sand, clay & limestone.

Winemaking:  Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel,  4 week maceration.  Aged 30 months in Slavonian oak (20 hl & 60hl) and an additional 6 months in bottle.

Production:  200 cases (9l)

Tasting Notes:  Eucalyptus, tobacco & red fruits.  Silky, fresh & persistent.

Pairings:  Veal scallops & polenta.
