Importer Notes:  A blend of 3 La Morra Cru’s where each parcel is harvested and vinified separately before blending.  

Grapes:  100% Nebbiolo

Farming:  Organic

Vineyard:  A blend of 3 La Morra Cru’s.  Brandini, Sant’ Anna, Annunziata.

Vine Age:  30-40 years

Altitude:  375 MASL (Average)

Soil:  Sand, clay & limestone.

Winemaking:  Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel, 3 week maceration.  Aged 2 years in Slavonian oak (20 hl & 60hl) and an additional 6 months in bottle.

Production:  300 cases (9l)

Tasting Notes:  Spicy, fruity & floral.  Rose & fresh currants.

Pairings:  Rustida (Piedmontese pork stew).
