Importer Notes:  The softer side of Piemonte is expressed in Dolcetto.  It’s the regions early drinking light red that is consumed daily while waiting for its noble counterpart (Nebbiolo) to mature. 

Grapes:  100% Dolcetto

Farming:  Organic

Winemaking:  Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel then aged 6 months in steel before bottling.

Tasting Notes:  Fresh red fruits and wild flowers.  Light with supple tannins.

Pairings:  Picnics and charcuterie boards.
