Altitude: 220-240 MASL
Soil: Compact clay with limestone.
Winemaking: Native yeast fermentation and 7 day maceration. 3 months aging in French oak followed by 2 months settling in steel.
Production: 300 cases (9l)
Tasting Notes: Violets and Marasca cherries. Light body, soft tannins, floral and fruity.
Pairings: Poultry and medium aged cheeses.
