Farming: Certified Organic
Vineyard: Bricco delle Viole, Coste di Vergne, San Ponzio, La Volta, Fossati and Serradenari.
Vine Age: 15- 25 years
Winemaking: Native yeast fermentation in concrete. 45 day maceration. 2 years in Slavonian Oak (25hl & 50hl). One year in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Lively tart pomegranate fruit & dried flowers. Elegant, soft tannins and approachable in its youth.
Pairings: Risotto ai funghi.
