Grapes:  100% Sangiovese Grosso

Farming:  Sustainable

Vineyard:  Poggio Ronconi (1 hectare).

Vine Age:  20-30 years

Altitude:  300 MASL

Soil:  Stone, clay, river rocks, limestone & sand.

Winemaking:  Fermentation in stainless steel.  30 day maceration.  3 years in large Slavonian oak (40hl).

Tasting Notes:  Spice, iron and earth.  Firm tannins, persistent, ethereal.

Pairings:  Bistecca.
