Grapes:  100% Aglianico

Farming:  Practicing Organic

Vineyard:  Grown on 1 hectare parcels within Montemiletto & Paternopoli of Taurasi.

Vine Age:  25-35 years

Soil:  Clay & sand.

Winemaking:  3 years aging in Slavonian oak (50hl).

Tasting Notes:  Garnet hue, aromas of black cherry, licorice, herbs & spice.  Mature, complex and structured.

Pairings:  Wild boar, roasted lamb, rich sauces.
