Importer Notes: A southern Toscana Rosso grown on the coast. A great intro wine to the Tenuta Le Colonnne estate in Bolgheri.

Grapes: 60% Merlot | 20% Cabernet Sauvignon | 20% Syrah

Farming: Organic

Altitude: 50 MASL

Soil: Sandy river sediment with stones.

Winemaking: Native yeast fermentation and 15 day maceration in concrete. One year aging in large French oak.

Tasting Notes: Sour cherry, plum, coffee, licorice & leather. Supple tannins, full body.

Pairings: Charred chicken with escarole and pecorino.
