Winemaking: Manual harvest in October, dried 40 days in “fruttaio”. Pressed and macerated for 15 days then aged in Slavonian oak for one year.
Tasting Notes: Complex and spicy with ripe cherry notes. Warm and persistent.
Pairings: Braised beef.
