Vine Age:  5-20 years

Altitude:  250-280 MASL

Soil:  Moraine debris & sandy alluvial.

Winemaking:  Fermentation in stainless steel.  Six months aging in large Slavonian Oak.

Tasting Notes:  Black cherries & berries with violets & spice.

Pairings:  Lamb roasts, beef stews.
