Soil:  Limestone, gravel & moraine debris.

Winemaking:  80% fermented and aged in stainless steel 20% in Slavonian oak.  Blended in March.  Partial malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Notes:  Aromas of ripe pear and honeydew, creamy mouthfeel.

Pairings:  Fish stew, chicken breast and veal.
