Importer Notes: Introduced to its second home – South Tyrol – as early as 1850 Pinot Blanc is one of the most important white wines of the Eppan cellar. Grapes are selected from a single vineyard in front of the old Schulthuas manor in Appiano.

Altitude: 540-620 MASL
Soil: Limestone gravel with clay.
Winemaking: 80% fermented and aged in stainless steel 20% in Slavonian oak. Blended in February. Partial malolactic fermentation.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of apple, apricot & pear. Bright and lightly creamy.
Pairings: Seafare, fowl or as a premium aperitif.
