Soil: Volcanic
Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel. 2 years in Slavonian and chestnut barrels (25hl). 2 years in bottle.
Production: 300 cases
Tasting Notes: Ethereal with hints of ripe red fruits mixed with elegant balsamic tones and nuances of toasted almond. Notes of cocoa, chestnut honey and black pepper that linger.
Pairings: Smoked meats and aged cheeses.
