Importer Notes:  “Lume” or “light” is a low-ish alcohol (12%) warm weather sipper produced from the well known Trebbiano grape.

Farming:  Sustainable

Vineyard:  7 hectares in Loreto Aprutino. 

Vine Age:  8-17 years

Altitude:  3000 MASL

Soil:  Silt, sand & clay.

Winemaking: Fermentation and aging in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes:  Apple, peach & citrus.  Dry and refreshing.

Pairings:  Vegetable tempura.
