Importer Notes:  Willamette Valley Pinot Noir sourced from the northern sub AVA of Yamhill- Carlton.  

Grapes:  100% Pinot Noir

Farming:  Sustainable

Vine Age:  5-15 years

Soil:  Marine sediment.

Winemaking:  De-stemmed, fermentation in stainless steel.  Aged 8 months in neutral French oak.

Production:  150 cases.

Tasting Notes:  Deep ruby in color, dark berry and forest floor aromas.  Integrated and persistent.

Pairings:  Salmon & portabello risotto.
