Importer Notes:  Baby Vino Nobile.  Younger vines and less aging, while displaying similar perfume and grace of its elder. 

Grapes:  100% Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese)

Farming:  Practicing Organic

Vine Age:  15 years

Altitude:  320 MASL

Soil:  White calcareous clay, seabed rich in iron.

Winemaking:  Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel.  Two week maceration. Aged 6 months in Slavonian oak barrels (25hl).  Six-twelve months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:   Wild berry and violets.  Bright, fresh, lively with pleasant grip.

Pairings:  Bolognese.
