Grapes:  90% Sangiovese 5% Colorino 5% Malvasia Nera

 Farming:  Organic

Vineyard:  Grown in the 7 hectare Le Miccine estate vineyards.

Vine Age:  10-20 years

Altitude:  360-410 MASL

Soil:  Albarese (white stone).

Winemaking:  Fermentation in stainless steel, 12-14 months aging in neutral French oak.

Tasting Notes:  Vibrant, floral, fruitful.

Pairings:  Porchetta.
