Farming:  Organic

Vineyard:  Imperatore

Altitude:  350 MASL

Soil:  Clay

Winemaking:  Fermentation in stainless steel followed by batonage in oak casks (7hl).  14 months in stainless steel and 6 months in bottle before release. 

Tasting Notes:  A blend of citrus, spice and sea.  Compelling and savory.

Pairings:  Brodetto (fish stew).
