Grapes:  100% Nebbiolo

Farming:  Sustainable

Winemaking:  Metodo Classico. 2 years on the lees.

Tasting Notes:  Bright strawberry and raspberry aromas, light brioche and broad palate.

Pairings:  Winter squash soup with walnuts.
