Importer Notes:  Emphasis on traditional varieties with a touch of modern using French oak barrels. 

Grapes:  85% Sangiovese 10% Canaiolo 5% Colorino

Farming:  Organic

Vine Age:  20-25 years

Altitude:  240-270 MASL

Soil:  Galestro

Winemaking:  Fermentation in stainless steel with a 2 week maceration.  One year in French oak (30hl & 50hl).

Tasting Notes:  Sour cherry and wild berries.  Aromatic and persistent.

Pairings:  Porchetta.
