Importer Notes:  Single vineyard Chardonnay that balances the old world and new world profile.

Vine Age:  25 years

Soil:  Ponca (marl-sandstone).

Winemaking:  Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel and barrique.  Aged 2 years in French Oak (Allier, 225 L).  Six months in bottle before release.

Tasting Notes:  Dried fruit, light vanilla, hazelnut & stones.

Pairings:  Frico (or any crunchy snack based on bread and cheese).
