Importer Notes:  Single vineyard Pinot Grigio from vineyards in Oslavia on the border of Slovenia. 

Grapes:  100% Pinot Grigio

Farming:  Integrated Pest Management

Soil:  Ponca (marl-sandstone).

Winemaking:  Native yeast fermentation in barrel.  One week skin contact, aged 6 months in Slavonian Oak (60hl).  Unfiltered, minimal S02.

Tasting Notes:  Raspberries & violets.  Dry, medium body, mineral length.

Pairings:  Grilled octopus, sesame crusted tuna.
