Soil:  Gravel & limestone.

Winemaking:  Fermentation in stainless steel.  One week maceration aged 1 year in concrete.

Tasting Notes:  Wild mulberry, black cherry and plum.  Lively acidity, soft tannins.

Pairings:  BBQ or spiced sausage pizza.
