Vine Age:  5-35 years.

Altitude:  300-500 MASL

Soil:  Loamy limestone & gravel.

Winemaking:  After a brief maceration and gentle press the grapes are fermented and aged in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes:  A complex bouquet of Asian fruits and spices.  Light residual sugar of 5.7g/l.

Pairings:  Foie gras, strong cheese and spicy cuisine.
