Vine Age: 10-32 years
Altitude: 450-600 MASL
Soil: Limestone, gravel & clay.
Winemaking: Fermentation, malolactic and aging in French Oak (225l & 500l). Aged separately for 1 year then blended and aged in steel for 8 months.
Tasting Notes: Concentration and minerality backed with apple, pear and vanilla notes.
Pairings: Tuna Carpaccio & grilled scampi.
