Farming:  Practicing Organic

Vineyard:  Grown in Agro di Tufo & Santa Paolina

Vine Age:  10-70 years

Altitude:  330-420 MASL

Soil:  Clay.

Winemaking:  Fermentation and aging in stainless steel.  3 months lees aging.

Tasting Notes:  Ripe yellow fruits.  Dry and refreshing.

Pairings:  Fish stew, lobster and other shellfish.
