Importer Notes:  Single vineyard Sangiovese that is the pinnacle of TLV production.

Grapes:  100% Sangiovese

Farming:  Organic, Biodynamic.

Vineyard:  Grown on 10 hectares in Bertinoro.

Soil:  Spungone (coarse seashells & cement).

Winemaking:  Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel.  Aged partially in stainless and and French oak (600l)  for 6 months.

Production:  1k cases.

Tasting Notes:  Bright cherry, violets, spice and minerality. Zestful and juicy with supple tannins.

Pairings:  Grilled red meats.
