Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo
Farming: Sustainable.
Vineyard: 8 hectares located in Sassella surrounding the estate.
Vine Age: 15 years – 20 years.
Altitude: 600 MASL (clusters selected from the top of the estates stone terraces)
Soil: Morainic debris ( sand and ancient rocks)
Winemaking: 100 days drying before press. 15 months aging in oak.
Production: 450 cases
Tasting Notes: Intense and expansive. Ripe cherry, dried fruit and sweet spice. Persistent and meditative.
Pairings: Rich meat dishes, aged cheese and desserts.
