Importer Notes:  Grapes grown in the regarded area of Poggilarca within the Artimino estate in Carmignano.

Grapes:  85% Sangiovese 15% Cabernet Franc

Farming:  Sustainable

Vine Age:  15-25 years

Soil:  Limestone & sedimentary rock.

Winemaking:  Fermentation in stainless steel.  Sangiovese aged in Hungarian oak (50hl) , Cabernet Franc aged in French oak (225l). Blended after one year of aging then settles in stainless for 4 months and bottle for 6 months.

Tasting Notes:  Cherry, pomegranate & spice.
